To apply for Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Permits, Resale Inspections, Fire permits related to construction, and Public Works Right-of-Way/Encroachment Permits, please select "CONSTRUCTION PERMITS".
To apply for Planning applications including Design Review, Variance, Exceptions, Conditional Use, Massage, Appeals, Heritage Tree, and other Planning permits, please select "PLANNING PROJECTS".
To view or schedule Building, Public Works, Resale, and Fire Department inspections for an issued building permit, please select "INSPECTIONS". You must have a user account or be a registered contractor linked to the permit number to schedule your inspection.
