If you qualify for an EXPRESS RESIDENTIAL ROOF SOLAR PERMIT under SB379 please start at Symbium.com. If you do not qualify you can continue to Apply for a SOLOR PHOTOVOLTAIC AND ESS Permit here on eTRAKiT.
All inspections must be scheduled on eTRAKiT. For eTRAKiT assistance, email building@cityoflarkspur.org or call 415-927-5038.
To apply for Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Permits, Fire Permits related to Construction, and Public Works Right-of-Way/Encroachment Permits, please select "Apply for a Construction Permit" and choose from the dropdown list under "Type".
To apply for Planning Applications including Design Review, Variance, Exceptions, Conditional Use, Massage, Appeals, Heritage Tree, and other Planning Permits, please select "Apply" under "PLANNING PROJECTS".
To request a Resale Inspection Report, please select "Apply for a Construction Permit" and select the type "RESALE INSPECTION REPORT" from the dropdown list.
To view or schedule Building, Public Works, Resale, and Fire Department Inspections for an issued building permit, please select "INSPECTIONS". You must have a user account or be a registered contractor linked to the permit number to schedule your inspection.
To obtain or renew a City of Larkspur Business License, please click here for the Business License Page .
